Touching the stone is one of the things by God that grows up
for sins. Ibn Umar narrated that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah

stone and the Yemenite pillar] is expiation for sins." (Narrated by
al-Tirmidhi, 959. This hadeeth was classed as Hasan al-Tirmidhi and Sahih
al-Hakim (1/664).
It is not permissible for a Muslim to disturb other Muslims
in stone by beating or fighting. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be
upon him) told us that the stone would testify in favor of those who touched it
in sincerity, and it is not the case when someone touches it by disturbing the
servants of Allah.
